From there, we oversee the entire project: managing contractor bids, preparing detailed technical drawings and specifications, and guiding the build with a hands-on approach to ensure everything runs smoothly, stays on budget, and finishes on time.

The site is studied for sunlight, shade, and views, while potential challenges such as unsightly boundaries or intrusive sightlines are identified early. As the design and problem-solving process unfolds, the drawings begin to take shape. Practical elements like exterior sockets and irrigation are planned alongside discussions of lighting design and placement. Hard landscaping is thoughtfully positioned to define the space and create intimate, imaginative areas for entertaining. Finally, the color palette is refined, and the selection of trees, shrubs, grasses, and perennials is explored, sourced, and chosen with care.
We work closely with you to select the right landscaper for your project, then oversee and coordinate every stage of the build. From managing contractors to keeping the project on schedule, we ensure your garden takes shape exactly as envisioned. Once the hardscaping is complete, soil, trees, shrubs, and plants are carefully delivered. Keri personally plants each element alongside a dedicated team of skilled horticultural professionals, bringing your garden to life with precision and care.

Consultations are conducted online for 55 minutes—we can review your space over video, walk through photos or design ideas via screen share, or simply chat and take notes. You can discuss everything from overall style, plant selection, and hardscaping to layout, functionality, and long-term maintenance. The time is yours to use however is most helpful.
